Tuesday, December 3, 2019 - Dominus Estate 1983-1995 Vertical (RPM Steak): The nose delivers with lots of floral action, most notably violets. Plush and full palate with very good acidity, this was more than hanging on. Very good but under-delivered compared to other monumental wines tonight.
