Nose here is exceptionally green and full of pyrazines. Palate is all purple fruits, plum and red raspberry. Plus and fully resolved tannins. Showed the most positive evolution of the older wines this evening, and in my top 5 of the night.
Nose of forest floor and hazelnut, very fresh but with less happening in the realm of fruits, aromatically. Expressive palate with tobacco and cedar, a bit lower acidity with dried figs and a notable finish. Nice tonight, but not quite in the upper echelon.
Huge nose of spice, purple plum, raspberry, and a strong vegetal note of wasabi? Seems strange but nose was very alluring. Exceptional flavors of cassis, red fruits and tobacco. Excellent tonight, approaching plateau of maturity.

The nose was a "cool sea breeze".. could anything be more pleasant?? Also eucalyptus and green tea. Pepper, tobacco, dark red fruited flavors and an exceptional finish tell me this is close to peak, but no receding anytime soon. Top 5 WOTN.
Very closed even after a double decant, this is a great wine in the making but didn't offer as much as several others. Palate was still dense and chewy, loads of fruit with brisk acidity. Such potential, drink over the next 2 decades or more.
Soaring nose of florals (violets), a celeraic component and blue fruits. Palate had a different spice mix (anise and licorice) in addition to the expressive flavors of plum. Needs time, probably drinking at peak in 8-15 years. Excellent tonight.

Nose is dominated by eucalyptus. Palate was thin and certainly past its best; others at the table enjoyed this more than I did.
