As a matter of fact, "limestone creme brulee" kind of takes the cake when it comes to the winning descriptor for this bottle. The aftertaste is actually quite appealing - kind of like a minty butterscotch. Very nice wine, and I wish I had another case of it because it is affordable, intriguing, and complex, and has another 2-3 years.
