Likes this wine:

Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Dark core; nose is very dense and brooding at first lightened only by some black pepper and lavender, loads of garrigue, brambly dark berries, tobacco, after 1+ hour of air the brooding qualities started to fade and the wine became much more accessible- it is good because the seemed not to have evolved at all from extra cellaring, peppered beef dominated the nose later on reminding me of Minervois; the palate showed great density, lots of muscular tannins scraping the back of the palate, mineral, tobacco, wild dark fruit, dark raspberry, very medicinal; at first the wine tasted of a powerful wine from Southern France but the extended air gave it the texture of nice Cotes du Rhone; good QPR I wish I had a case to track over the next 10+ years as I feel it would hold up.
