Sunday, February 26, 2006 - Not giving much upon first opening. Good colour, consistent through. Very tart, a bit tannic and biting. Some earth and mushroom. Decent with dinner, but really blossom a couple hours later. Rich nose with blackberries and truffles. Solid blackberries fruit, bits of anise and earth. Gained in body and a good finish. Delicious with cheeses.
