Tuesday, February 18, 2014 - Nice young SB - solid producer and liked the 2011. This is different in profile as is more full on tart green apple from nose to finish. Acid is nice and something that mixes well with food. Maybe needs 1 year to mellow and develop in bottle. Still, is almost 2 yrs old now. Will buy more for 2015.
