Friday, February 10, 2017 - Popped and poured, notes are from about an hour after opening. Nice nose of lemon peel, beeswax, citrus flowers, and almond. On the palate, citrus, lemon oil, hints of nuttiness from oxidation. Nice long finish. Really interesting, will likely improve a little from here. Drink with a little air or hold.
