Thursday, December 5, 2013 - Highly extracted opaque core with thin reddish ruby rim; slightly stewed plummy fruit, red currant, cherry, a hint of vanilla and dill, nose reminds me of Rioja; rounded tannin, some spiciness, tart red currant, a hint of dill and pine, nice long finish; not really my style but good.
