Tuesday, April 5, 2016 - Big big red. Bouquet has a little concrete, pepper, grass, surprising amount of alcohol. Palette is deep red fruit, slightly bitter, perfect mid-dry. Relatively thin mouthfeel, with slightly sweet aftertaste.
