2/23/2013 10:06:00 AM - When I've tasted cooked wine before it was more muted than this bottle. I guess it's possible, but I doubt it. That said, knowing this producer has a good reputation, I can't see another wine enthusiast drinking from this same bottle alongside me and saying "I don't know what you're thinking, this is really good." So I can see that the bottle was off in some way. But I'm just not sure how so I'll refrain from buying more until I have another affordable way to taste before buying.
