Friday, April 18, 2014 - Pale "oud roze" pink, xtal clear, some tears, 12.5 %abv. Medium clean aromas of strawberries, thyme, flint. Bone dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol and medium body. Medium flavors of small red fruits, hay, mineral, spice. Well structured, some glycerine in texture. Great length, with mouthwatering dry and focused finish. Excellent rose.
