Really interesting. Lot of peach and some strawberry but also mineral and dry acidity that kept it from being sweet. Good balance. Lot of sediment which I haven't seen in many roses.

Pale "oud roze" pink, xtal clear, some tears, 12.5 %abv. Medium clean aromas of strawberries, thyme, flint. Bone dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol and medium body. Medium flavors of small red fruits, hay, mineral, spice. Well structured, some glycerine in texture. Great length, with mouthwatering dry and focused finish. Excellent rose.

Unimpressive at 52F. However at fridge temperature a week later it was everything Laurence describes on the rear label. ""Delicious, bone dry Rose, offers Peach, floral, and red fruit aromas, with a fresh, mouth-watering acidity, and spicy mineral finish... This versatile food-friendly wine is ... Perfect with a summer BBQ and alfresco dining."

A decent rosé, but grossly overpriced. Nice and dry, good red fruit (though somewhat nondescript), but an odd finish that seemed almost bitter. For a couple dollars more the Bagnol Cassis or the Mordorée Tavel La Dame Rousse provide far more pleasure and some complexity.
