Friday, December 26, 2008 - We had this with grilled Ribeye steaks on 12/26/08. It had a wonderful bouquet of red cherry, strawberry, cassis, vanilla, cocoa powder, and cinnamon aromas. The palate was very smooth with cherry, vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon flavors. The tannins were extremely mild. It was very well balanced and delicious. My wife liked it a lot.
