Saturday, February 12, 2011 - Nice fruit and very smooth with tannins very muted. Well integrated and low acid. Muted nose at first but with about 45-60 minutes it opened up nicely. Tasted with NY Strip off the grill - very well paired. Seems to be at the peak or maybe a little past as the finish was a little short but pleasant.
