Wednesday, October 30, 2013 - Bottle open for a week and kept in a fridge.
Amber, clear, pure.
Nice sweet fruit with a burnt caracter, candied fruit, nuts, almonds, bread/toast, dried flowers and dried apricots.
Not too sweet wich is good. A bit burned, burnt sugar. Good texture, well structured, some mineral.
Classic in style. A good effort.
