Monday, December 17, 2012 - Five hour decant. Delicate aromas on the pour, becoming tarry as it opened up. A little creamy vanilla note in there too. Bright and fresh with a sweet and sour cherry tart flavour. Nice grip from the toasty tannins, the dark tarry note lingers on the finish.
