Sunday, January 17, 2021 - Large range of aromas, small red fruits, a light vanilla/spicy/woody side, but very classy ... The palate gives off a slightly rustic power, it's masculine but we stay on pinot... The wine is full, with a beautiful acidity, a complex whole and slight peppery side is mixed. The balance is there, the sensation of having a great Pinot, corpulent, long, tapered but not thin. Great earthy and peppery finish, it's dense and long at the same time! Excellent
