Sunday, January 31, 2021 - Showing very nicely; at or near its peak. Notes of dark and tart fruit dominate with secondary notes of spices and earthiness. Served this with Scottish sea trout from the grill on a bed of fregola sarda with kale and mushrooms. Nice pairing!
