Monday, January 31, 2011 - Ruby core with surprising orange fade at the rim; lovely pure defined notes of red fruits and tobacco leaf. Dark chocolate, psice, anise; lots of dark berried friuits on the palate. Fantastic mouthfeel - really lovely texture. Young but already complex and complete. Superb.
