Thursday, December 22, 2011 - Shared with friends at a special french restaurant. The duck Confit was a perfect paring. This wine definitely improved as the night went on an the bottle opened up more. Minerality with a hint of tobacco that opened up to a more floral, fruity wine as the night stretched out. Very memorable. Biggest complaint was that we only had 1 bottle!
