Thursday, April 28, 2022 - At Momofuku Ssam Bar NYC. Second of the night only to the incomparable Leroy. 2 hours in decanter revealed integrated spices, a pleasant and aromatic nose, palate of smoky tobacco and currants, and 60+ second finish. Drinking at absolute peak. Magical.
