Monday, August 19, 2013 - Pale golden color with green apple, citrus, pineapple, and a hint of minerality on the nose. The palate is richer and more buttery than I remember when tasting at the winery, however there is still enough acidity to balance it reasonably well. Lacking a touch of nervosity that I would enjoy and probably a bit more unctuous than a classic white burgundy-esque chardonnay, but still quite good.
