Thursday, January 15, 2015 - P 'n p; best with a little air, as noted by Marc D. Smells fresh and attractive - cool apple and stone fruit, citrus juice and peel, fresh herbs/pine, and hints of flowers. Similar on the palate - juicy apple, peach, lemon, and fresh herb flavors, tied together by fresh, tart acidity. Nice round fleshy texture. Some stony minerality develops toward the finish. Exceedingly fresh, drinkable, tasty, and moreish... joyful, even. This wine would be great for a picnic!

Day 2 - confirmed that it picnics well. Compared to day 1 it is somewhat leaner fruitwise, a bit cidery, and some savoriness has developed. Nice.
