Saturday, February 3, 2018 - Explosive aromatics right from the pop. Graphite, charred plum skin, violets, cocoa powder, ripe fig, and chalky minerals. The wine appears inky in glass. It's intense and pure. Med-high acidity, long and rich as it dances across the palate with its purple black fruit. Very exciting wine and appears to still be a baby.
