Saturday, January 4, 2014 - Slow ox for about 5 hours then a 1-2 hour decant. Joyful flavors of perfectly ripe blueberries, spice & some earthy dust. Great balance and mouthfeel with just some tannnins there to let you know this is just a baby. It will get a lot better but it was a true joy to drink now.94++
