Monday, November 30, 2015 - Pale gold in the glass. White flowers and quince on the nose and palate. Medium plus acidity balances the fat, full-bodied mouthfeel. Finish is a bit brooding (surprisingly so). Excellent balance between SB grass and Semillon weight makes for an excellent compliment to winter seafood and vegetable pairings.
