flawed

Wednesday, April 14, 2021 - My first of 6 bottles left in ship box in my cellar since delivery. Obvious signs of seepage and protruding cork. Cork was soaked so a Durand was used to open. Wine seeped from the cork in the hole made by the corkscrew upon entry. When the Ah-So portion of the Durand was entered a noticeable rush of air exited the bottle. The wine itself is drinkable, but extremely muted - almost tasteless. This appears to be a common problem with this bottling unfortunately.

6/6/2021 10:47:00 AM - As I have said numerous times over the last 3 years - the secondary fermentation is a serious problem. Unfortunately I bought 50 cases.
The only way I have found to drink this is to open the bottle in the morning and let it sit and "unfizz" all day. At that point it is drinkable.
    What a disastrous product!
