Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Pulled cork at home before a dinner out. Cork in perfect condition. Explosive nose on pour into the decanter. It sat there for about an hour before I put it back in the bottle and we left. Went to a great French restaurant. We passed on the pairing menu and drank this with courses 2-3. Awesome and beautiful. Halfway through the bottle it's absolute red velvet. Want more.
