Saturday, September 14, 2013 - Decanted for 2 hours. Was smooth with much depth. Great now but will go many more years. I would be afraid it may loose the fruit. Drank with smoked pork ribs dinner...perfect. This wine has a lot of power and maybe not so much finesse. We enjoyed every drop.
