Sunday, September 29, 2013 - Did not decant but drank it over a few hours. Quite different than the 2004 we had last year. This had a unique nose of smoked salmon that carried through to the palate. There was also some nice fruit and a similar silky smooth mouth feel to the 2004. Went nicely with roast beef dinner. No hurry to drink my last bottle.
