Monday, August 29, 2016 - Deep cherry red with crimson color on the rim. In the nose, this was super cool, minty, fresh, very elegant, quite floral, fairly light, dancing around like a prima-ballerina on its light feet, airy, but then also with some caramelly toffee as well as licorice notes that give the wine some depth. In the mouth, it was subtle, well balanced, very fine in its tannins, fairly light, more red than black fruited, quite classic.
