Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Decanted for about two hours, medium garnet, still a lot of fruit, jammy, wet forest funk dissipated quickly. Long finish. Way less graphite presence that was very apparent in the ‘10. Drink up! And order more.

Followed a 2017 Auxey-Durresses Chardonnay and espresso martinis; served with Lean Cod and summer vegetables.
