Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - Jura tasting with Wink Lorch (Maison Vauron, Auckland, New Zealand): non-ouille. very oxidised. sweet entry, very rich and oxidised palate. green apples, raisins, walnuts, lemon meringue. perhaps slightly cloying on the finish. this is outstanding but feels over done and slightly coarse compared to the 2007 Tissot Chateau Chalon.
