Wednesday, April 2, 2014 - Wine with the NEXT Chicago Steak Dinner (NEXT Restaurant - Chicago IL): Open an hour+ before serving. One of the best showings i can recall for this wine. Lots of dense blackberry and currant with hints of cigarbox and dark roast coffee. Very balanced on palate with an overall fresh, vibrant mouth feel.
