Saturday, May 7, 2022 - FWSG tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of roasted nuts toast oak, citrus lemon, stony minerality, green peppercorn. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of fine stony minerality with a vein of salinity, almond nut cream, green apples, green pear, citrus lemon-lime, peppercorn spice. Long salivary finish.
Vert good quality. Just a bit more oak integration and this will be in a great place.
