Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Pieropan Masterclass (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Honey, a little bruised apple, nutty almond notes, savoury salinity. Juicy, slightly sharp, savoury and saline, lemon, bruised apple, tangy, wet stone grip on the mid palate dries things out but does not detract from the flavours, very long with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Hmm
