Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Paired with Crab Stuffed Agnolotti, Pan Seared Faroe Island Salmon and Marscapone. Wine opened up considerably after an hour, plenty of fruit on the nose and cherry lingers on the finish. We’ll save our last bottle for another year.
