Off the glass list at D&J ($10). Black cherry, rose and violet notes. Cherry, mineral and currant flavors with a touch of soy underneath (likely a bottle open for a couple of days already). Very pretty; nicely balanced. Paired with Copper River salmon.

We always were big fans of Vincent Girardin's wines. Now we are just big fans...of everything Vincent Girardin! Nice. Possible buy.
