Thursday, December 13, 2012 - Dark ruby, very clear and clean; Rich, ripe, dark fruits jump out of the glass during initial pour with a bit of spice; taste of ripe, fresh dark fruit, rich but not jammy, some hint of the terroir and minerals; very clean finish; silky, soft tannins (French oak I believe), low to medium acid; medium finish.

Consumed over three days and all characteristics were present over that period. Third day the wine was really silky and smooth. Can't tell you when I've had a red blend comprised of so many varieties where not one single variety was overpowering or being too loud. Overall, a really great wine....which is my expectation from Morgan.
