Wednesday, February 19, 2014 - Do not PnP this wine. It really needs time to open up. When it does, it's intriguing and beautiful. It's clearly not ready to drink right now -- I'll wait another two years, I think, before opening my last bottle -- but I'm glad I tried it tonight.
