Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Served with Beef Bourginon at a friend’s dinner party. Light to mid-weight, velvety without being cloying. A real crowd pleaser.
As a side note, was worried wine might be corked, with some mildew showing when foil came off. Both bottles turned out to be fine.
