Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Anything Goes When Thai Food and Wine Collide - NYC Wine Tasting Group (Kuma Inn, NY, NY): The 6th bottle of a 7 bottle tasting. Smoother than last Amapola opened back in October, remains muscular, the spice is much more subdued. Presence of blackberry, the fruit had a hit of maturity, enough to make the wine more interesting. Ready to drink IMHO.
