Sunday, July 15, 2018 - Opened for birth of second child. Nose: Dark fruits, prune mostly. Wet pavement. Palate: Amazing, not flat at all. Smoked meat, slight tobacco, granite. Finish is long, almost a red jolly rancher taste. Simply divine experience. Drinking beautifully.
