Saturday, February 21, 2015 - Nearly opaque red/black. Ripe, almost flashy blackberry with smoked meat, pepper, and leather backing it up. There is some buried structure there, but it's not a ton and I think this can best be enjoyed anytime between 2 and 10 years from now.
