Sunday, March 20, 2016 - Honeysuckle and lemon citrus aromas lead to luscious honeydew melon and clean chalk, with toast and baking spice notes on the lingering finish. Great acidity/fruit balance and paired perfectly with lemon baked halibut with cherry tomatoes and spiralized zucchini.
