Quite ripe fruity nose. Baked apple, pear with a hint lemon on the palate. Ok, but I thought this was a bit too fruit focused, and one dimensional to get too excited about. Decent acidity on the finish helps.
Honeysuckle and lemon citrus aromas lead to luscious honeydew melon and clean chalk, with toast and baking spice notes on the lingering finish. Great acidity/fruit balance and paired perfectly with lemon baked halibut with cherry tomatoes and spiralized zucchini.
