Saturday, October 28, 2023 - As soon as the bottle was popped, the aroma took me straight back to the tasting we had in the Calem cave in Porto last year. Served chilled, with charcuterie and cheese (and a British pork pie) this had the right balance of sweetness and acidity to complement everything on the plate.
