Golden yellow colour, fine, lasting mousse, solid Chardonnay nose, not too much from lees. Smooth and round mouth feel, good malic hit, no sign of cream. Overall a good BdB, with reasonable length, very enjoyable.

Deep red, with brown tinge, (12 months in french oak, 12 in bottle) vanilla and blackcurrant on the nose. Same flavours in the mouth, great length and fine/balanced tannin.

Fresh and bright, almost clear in colour. On the nose, packed full of soft white fruits and a good suggestion of vanilla from the 9mths in oak, in the mouth, bone dry and fresh, sharp green apple, hints of elder flowers and reasonable length. High priced, but normal for English wines (not sure if low yield or expensive UK production costs) worth a go, if only to try another new grape, made well.
