Sunday, September 6, 2015 - Drank this as part of a bachelorette weekend with some pretty amazing wines. This came on the heels of a 2003 Colgin Tychson Hill and I just felt like it might have gotten a bit overshadowed. This is a big and bold wine and was more in the vein of the 40 year anniversary than not (lower acidity, high fruit, alcohol prevalent). Great to get to try it now, but our bottles are sitting for another 8-10 years so that it has some time to settle.
