Decanted for 6 hours; followed a glass for an hour. After a series of more mature wines, the Caymus is more of a challenge. The needle has moved a bit, although this is very primary. Hi toned, lots of blackberry liqueur, creme de cassis, vanilla and sweet milk chocolate. This is very big and silky textured with just a hint of earth later. Lots of people will love this wine. For me, it is has toned down somewhat, but it's a bit much for my preference.
